Contact

We read every message. Whether you found a typo, want a tool reviewed, are pitching a partnership, or just want to argue with one of our verdicts — we want to hear from you.

A secure contact form is coming. Until then, this page tells you what we welcome and how we handle things — so when the form is live, you will already know what to send.

What to write us about

Tool review requests

Have a SEM/SEO/PPC tool you wish we would review? We prioritize tools we (or our network of working SEOs) already pay for; if a tool is interesting but new to us, we will add it to the queue and reach out for a free pro account so we can test it properly before publishing.

Comparison suggestions

Want a head-to-head we have not done yet? The most useful suggestions name both tools and the use case (“Semrush vs Ahrefs for an in-house team of 4 at a B2B SaaS”). Use-case-specific comparisons are the ones we run first.

Corrections

Found a fact we got wrong, a price that has changed, or a feature we mis-attributed? Send us the URL and the specific issue. We update affected posts within 48 hours and add a “Last corrected” line at the top of the article when the correction is material. We do not quietly edit history.

Partnerships and affiliate inquiries

A few things upfront: we do not accept paid placements in reviews or comparisons, our recommendations are not ranked by commission, and any sponsorship is disclosed in-line. Read our How We Make Money page for the full picture before reaching out — it will save us both time.

Press and analyst requests

Tell us your outlet, deadline, and angle. We are happy to comment on tool category trends, SMB SEM tool spend, and the working-SEO POV on platform changes. We do not comment on competitor litigation or do general “state of SEO” puff pieces.

Editorial standards

Every review on SEMbuz is written by a working SEO or PPC manager who pays for the tool out of their own pocket. We do not accept free pro accounts in exchange for positive coverage. We disclose affiliate relationships at the top of every post containing affiliate links. We update pricing quarterly and add a “Last corrected” or “Last verified” line whenever something material changes. If you ever see a recommendation here without a clear disclosure, please flag it — that is a bug, not a feature.

Response time

Once the contact form is live, we reply to most messages within 1-2 business days. Corrections are prioritized and usually resolved same-day.
